Hello Ark Hunters,
Over the past months, many of you have reached out to report that the final rewards from Arkfalls and the event Arkfalls, including jackpot crates and high-tier loot, are no longer dropping as expected. We’ve been investigating this issue thoroughly, and today we want to share what we’ve uncovered.
After an in-depth technical review (and thanks to the incredibly helpful feedback from the community), we discovered that these post-Arkfall rewards were not managed by the game’s usual loot system. Instead, they were handled by an external system, referred to as the Paradise Karma System, which dynamically granted additional rewards based on player participation and performance.
Unfortunately, this system was not part of the files or tools provided to us when we took over development. That means we didn’t receive the component responsible for handling those drops outside the normal game logic.
What We’re Doing
Now that we’ve identified exactly what’s missing, we’re already working on a new system to replace the missing functionality. This means:
- Rebuilding the reward logic from scratch,
- Ensuring it’s compatible with how Arkfalls behave in the current version of the game.
This will take a bit of time, but we want you to know that restoring these drops is a top priority for us.
