We wanted to address some recent challenges that have arisen regarding the Fawkes Hub Launcher, powered by Xsolla.

It has come to our attention that some users are encountering difficulties accessing the Fawkes Hub Launcher, on older Windows operating systems.

The root cause of these compatibility woes stems from changes made by Microsoft, which have impacted the functionality of certain features on obsolete Windows versions. Despite our best efforts, these issues cannot be resolved by either Xsolla or ourselves.

In light of these developments, we want to emphasize the importance of ensuring your system meets the recommended configuration for optimal Launcher operation:

• Windows 10 64-bit OS or macOS 12.4.0 and higher
• 1.6 GHz CPU
• 300 MB free RAM
• Free disk space: 180 MB
• Up-to-date DirectX version

While the games themselves, Shaiya and Last Chaos, remain compatible with older operating systems, the Fawkes Hub Launcher is essential for processing game updates. Without access to the Launcher, you will not be able to update your game with the latest patches and content.

Keep in mind if you have your Game Folder with the updated client you can access the Game using FawkesConnect for Shaiya and nksp.exe for Last Chaos, both files are inside each game client folder.
