Today, Friday 31st of March, at 22:00 CET, the servers will go offline for an update aiming to sort certain leftovers from the migration. The maintenance will last at least 2 hours, and we will keep you posted in the specific discord channel as usual.

Migration leftovers

Thank you to all the ones who filled out the form(s) we shared, it helped us spot the problems in our migration process, and find common solutions for everyone.

• Accounts Not Migrated: the majority of the accounts which didn’t see their characters after the migration should be able to do so now. If you don’t see them after today’s update, run the following process once more, and if you still experience issues, fill out the form again, so we can locate the failure point for the remaining accounts. If you created a new character while your account was empty, it will be removed unless you have extra slots within your older characters.

• Items in the Store Gifts: if you were missing items in the Store’s gifts section, the same thing applies here, the majority should be fixed. If you don’t see them, run the following process once more, and if you still experience it, fill out the form again.

• Gold in Bianca’s warehouse: if you were missing gold in Bianca’s warehouse, the same thing applies here, the majority should be fixed. If you don’t see them, run the following process once more, and if you still experience it, fill out the form again.

• Missing Pets: we discovered the failure point and we need some extra time to get this one sorted. We will keep you posted in discord as usual – and worry not, your pets are in good hands!

In-game Store

With this update, we will also bring online the in-game store, with several starting offers, and some other points to take into consideration, such as your previous balance, and old items.

• Fawkes Gems: as you know, our game store(s) are using Fawkes Gems, and Iris Cash will be an obsolete currency from now on, however, we will convert your remaining Iris Cash balance into Gems, respecting each currency’s respective value.
  • Your new value will be displayed in the store
  • Keep in mind that you have until the 30th of April to spend all the converted currencies, since they will be decommissioned forever, to only support Gems in the future
  • If you purchase Gems, those will be added to the total amount and will remain there after the 30th of April. Those new currencies won’t be decommissioned
  • The pricing for items in-game will be also reduced accordingly
• Cash Cards: those items are obsolete and we will proceed to remove all of them with the update.
• Old Cash items: the old cash items in your store storage, will expire together with the old currencies. They have been flagged with a message, and you have until the 30th of April to use them.

In short, you have a fair 30 days to use your old cash or store items, before they get decommissioned forever and replaced permanently by our own currency, Fawkes Gems. We can offer you this option since we received the data for your old balance, which wasn’t the case for Shaiya.

Easter Event activated

You can now farm Easter Eggs all over Iris, carrying only one in your inventory, that while opening them, will grant you different rewards. More information here.

Other Adjustments

• Improved the networking infrastructure for our EU region. If you have a weak internet service with packet losses, you should experience fewer disconnections now.
• Applied some changes to the game login system, which while they won’t solve the heritage time-out on login, will improve it for some players.
