Patron's FAQ
Patron is a subscription-based service that offers an extra experience coverage while playing our games. By subscribing, you gain access to discounts, giveaways, priority accesses and much more. Those perks will last until you decide to cancel your subscription.
When you subscribe to Fawkes' Patron, you’ll be billed monthly for access to all the above perks depending on your membership category. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Signing up is easy! Simply visit our accounts' page, select your preferred plan under the subscription category, and follow the instructions to complete the registration process. You can manage everything from the same place.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You can do that directly from the Patron's section in our account's page.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the account's page. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made.
You will not be charged after cancellation, but you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.
If we’re unable to process your payment, you’ll be notified, and access to your subscription may be temporarily suspended until the payment is processed. Please ensure your payment information is up to date to avoid service interruptions.

Patron Guidelines
Payment and Billing
Your payment is automatically processed every 30 days from the date of your initial purchase. You will receive an email notification 7 days before the renewal, allowing you to make any adjustments to your subscription.
Giveaways
Giveaways are available to all our Patrons, but a subscription does not guarantee a reward. The more Patrons we have, the larger and more valuable the prizes become. Giveaway items and their values are determined solely by Fawkes.
Perk Abuse
Any misuse or abuse of the provided perks can result in the immediate termination of your subscription, without any entitlement to refunds or claims.
Support and Communication
If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out to us via support ticket or Discord. While you get access to exclusive chats with Game Master(s), this does not provide any additional benefits—it's simply a direct line for support.
