Firstly, we’re thrilled to inform you that we are expanding our team with two exclusive developers who have extensive knowledge and experience in Last Chaos and its development. While the paperwork may take a couple of months, once they join us, they will immediately start reviewing and addressing the bugs reported by the community and game sages. This means that many of the issues you have encountered will soon be resolved with their expertise.

We understand that there are limitations until the developers arrive, but please know that we are actively managing the server stability and working to address game crashes promptly. Our Game Masters and Game Sages are doing their best to keep things running smoothly by providing buffs and organizing events within their capabilities.

Regarding migration-related issues, such as character recovery, missing pets, gold and items in NPC Bianca, and missing gifts in the shop, we want to assure you that each case is being thoroughly reviewed. We understand that this process may take some time, and we kindly ask for your patience. If you have already filled out the new form, rest assured that your case is in progress, and we will address it as soon as possible.

For those accounts that have not yet received a migration code, we acknowledge your frustration, we are actively working on creating a migration process specifically for these accounts, and we hope to have it available in the future.

In exciting news, we are delighted to share that Last Chaos has been experiencing a significant increase in population every week, and we are confident that this trend will continue. It’s a testament to the incredible community we have and the love for this game.

We understand that some players have faced delays with ticket responses, which currently exceed 15 days. We inherited certain development and tool limitations, but we are actively building our own tool to efficiently handle each issue within the game. Once everything is settled and functioning properly, we will catch up on all the pending tickets and provide you with timely assistance.

Lastly, we want to address the differences you may have noticed in how Shaiya and Last Chaos are managed. Our current team has extensive experience with Shaiya, while their familiarity with Last Chaos is still growing. However, rest assured that our dedicated Game Masters are playing Last Chaos and quickly acquainting themselves with the intricacies of the game.
