Parallel Migration Method

Dear Shaiya players,

We would like to address an issue that some of you may have encountered during the migration process of your Shaiya accounts. We understand how frustrating it can be to lose progress, and we want to ensure that everyone can continue playing without any setbacks.

To ensure that all players can migrate their accounts successfully, we have set up a parallel migration process for those who have experienced any issues while migrating. Some of the common reasons for this can include an invalid code, a code that has been deleted or marked as spam, not receiving the code at all, or even accounts with no characters after migration.

If you are one of the players who are facing any of these issues, please do not worry. We have created a new category called “Recovery without code” where you can submit a ticket. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide you with all the necessary information to help you recover your account.

Step by Step guide

  1. Go to our support page, and open a ticket within the Recovery without code category
  2. Our team will reply back and ask certain questions, including filling out a form
  3. Fill out the form and get back to us within the same ticket
  4. Give our team a few days to review your information. We will get back to you if necessary
  5. If everything is good, we will reply back with a code for you to use on the migration page
  6. Once you have your code, go to the accounts page and follow the migration process

Keep in mind that the only appropriate way to migrate your progress was by receiving and saving the code from Gamigo properly. This new method doesn’t ensure that we will be able to restore your progress, so make sure you provide as much information as possible while filling out the form.

If you followed the process here, please, provide the required information directly in the initial ticket. Your chances of recovering your account are much higher.
